Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are generally final.

Deposits

  • Retainers or deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits secure your date and compensate for time reserved

Cancellations

  • Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual contract

  • In some cases, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

Digital Products

Once digital images are delivered, refunds are not available.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Photographer inability to perform services

  • Extreme circumstances outlined in contract terms

 

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
